As part of the day’s program, the Board and Executive Management took this opportunity to recognize and celebrate our exceptional performers from 2025, along with our dedicated long-serving team members.
Congratulations to Cyril Kapty of our Systems and Controls Department, for taking the CEO’s Employee of the Year Award and Congratulations to Julius Aila and Saba Ako, for clocking in 10 years of service to SCAL. ‘Recognition’ is one of our Star Values here at SCAL. We value and recognise the exceptional results that our team delivered and their efforts have not gone unnoticed.
