When you make a Claim
We will register your claim immediately in our system upon receiving your loss notification and advise you of the assessment process and requirements.
We will take time to understand the circumstances of loss and assess the claim objectively, and also clearly communicate the validity of your claim in a timely manner.
We will only request for the relevant supporting information required for the assessment of the claim. We will also clearly communicate the purpose of the requested information.

We will keep you regularly informed of the progress of your claim with updates either by email or telephone advising on the current status of the claim and the next steps, to maintain transparency and fairness at all times.
