SCAL Team Members Reach the Halfway Mark of the Senisim PNG Program

Our staff have reached the halfway mark of the Senisim PNG Program! The Senisim PNG program, facilitated by the PNG Tribal Foundation, aims to teach its participants the key values for servant leadership. With a total of 11 values, each covered weekly, our team members meet for an hour each week in their groups to learn and share their personal experiences related to the value of the week. So far, our team members have covered the values of Hope, Humility, Integrity, and Adding Value, and are now in the fifth week focusing on the value of ‘Responsibility’. Upon completing this 11-week program, our team members will receive certificates enabling them to facilitate transformation tables both at home and in their respective communities.

SCAL team member Mairi Raymond shared his feedback on the program’s impact on him in the workplace and his local community.

Mr. Raymond stated, ‘These past sessions have truly helped me improve my approach to people and how I value the worth of others around me. The program has shifted my perspective on many things, and I’m now taking a new approach by actively practicing the values we’ve learned so far.’
